Shipping Policy and FAQ
1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes I do!
2. Do you provide tracking number?
YES. All orders come with tracking number. BUT the shipping option ' Warenpost ' is with limited tracking ( especially outside EU ) so you often can't track your package until the end.
DHL Premium is the faster and safer option!
3. WARENPOST - with limited tracking: What does that mean?
WARENPOST is a product special created for shops to offer a cheaper shipping option with tracking. BUT the tracking is only limited! That means that the tracking page often doesn't show, if a package already arrived or not.
So there is always a risk on both sides: customer and shop! The customer is often not able to track the package until it arrived and I have to hope and trust my customer, that they're saying the truth.
To find out more, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number, and they should be able to provide an explanation. It will be faster than trying to get information from my side.
Unless - the tracking shows that it’s still in Germany.

I am more than happy to give you full refund if the package didn’t get deliver successfully. However each post investigation I open/ request with DHL will take a few weeks to proceed. Until the final answer is out I won’t process the refund. Thank you for your understanding!
4. Estimated delivery time?
- Germany: 1-3 business days
- EU: 1-3 weeks
- outside EU: 2-10 weeks
Actual delivery time differs depending on where you live and how fast your country's custom and postal service proceed your package.
Due to the overflight bans currently in place over Russia, Ukraine and other countries, some flight connections have been interrupted and many others now have to fly longer routes than before. This increases fuel requirements and reduces the transport capacities available on these flights. In addition, the current sharp increase in fuel costs is causing additional distortions in the international air traffic networks and contributing to a further shortage of transport capacities.
In this context, shipments that are sent to long-distance destinations can expect significantly longer transit times. This primarily affects destinations in Asia and Oceania, but also has an impact on other destinations, e.g. in parts of Africa. Please understand that we cannot reliably predict the effects of the current rapidly changing situation.
5. What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
Sometime the parcel flight might be delayed, wind up in your country's custom or get hold by your local post due to overwhelmed work on their side from time to time.
To find out more, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number, and they should be able to provide an explanation. It will be faster than trying to get information from my side.
