Pre-Orders and Pre-Sales

Da die Pre-Orders und Pre-Sales in der Vergangenheit so gut bei Euch angekommen sind, möchte ich auch diese weiterhin für Euch anbieten.

Allerdings wird es nun in Zukunft feste Regeln geben, damit dies einfach reibungsloser klappt.

  1. Ihr könnt Pre-Order Artikel zusammen mit Lagerartikel bestellen, allerdings wird dann auch alles zusammen verschickt, sobald alle Pre-Order Artikel angekommen sind! Solltet Ihr einen früheren Versand der Lagerartikel wünschen, fallen extra Versandkosten an!
  2. Nach Ablauf der Pre-Order Periode akzeptiere ich keine Stornierungen!
  3. Ich versuche immer eine recht exakte Lieferzeit anzugeben! Handelt es sich um eine Pre-Order mit Produkten, die extra gefertigt werden, ist dies meistens nur im Rahmen eines Zeitraumes möglich.
  4. Ich habe keinen Einfluss auf die Lieferzeit durch die Lieferanten oder auf Lieferverzögerungen - somit akzeptiere ich auch hier keine Stornierungen!
  5. bei Pre-Sales habe ich die Produkte bereits geordert und Ihr habt die Möglichkeit, Euch diese schon zu reservieren!

  2. After the pre-order period has expired, I do not accept cancellations!
  3. I always try to give an exact delivery time! If it is a pre-order with products that are specially manufactured, this is usually only possible within a period of time.
  4. I have no influence on the delivery time by the suppliers or on delivery delays - so I don't accept cancellations here either!
  5. Pre-Sales means - I have already ordered the products and you have the opportunity to reserve them!
